I think it would be cool if all DVD’s came out with a special 3-disc limited edition that contained something like:
- Disc 1: Theatrical Version
- Disc 2: Director’s Cut
- Disc 3: Muppet Version
Do you remember that part in the Bourne Identity where Jason Bourne fights the first Treadstone assassin in the apartment in Paris? No matter how many times I see it, I still cringe when Jason Bourne sticks the pen into the back of the assassin’s hand. Now imagine the same scene with Muppets! It’s not nearly as bad now, is it? Especially when the assassin would just hop around going “OWEE OW OW OW OW!”
Muppet movies are the wave of the future.
